Say “yes”. It sounds easy to say, doesn’t it. It is actually easy to say “yes”. However if you say “yes”, you are implying that you will accomplish an agreed upon action or goal. The key to saying “yes” is follow through. You can say “yes” to anything, but if you don’t accomplish your action you have failed. Many people say “yes” because that is the expected response. However, they have no intention of completing the action. For some of you saying “yes” is merely a delay tactic to get someone off your back, or an excuse not to achieve a goal. Unfortunately saying “yes” with no intention of following through may leave you with feelings of regret and failure.
I simply am arguing that it takes great strength to say the little word “yes”. You have agreed to complete an action or achieve a goal. You may have to ask for help, work hard, and make sacrifices to achieve your goal. But when the day is done, you will have a great feeling of success by saying “yes”.
I wish you well in your quest for “Success With Yes”.
